The 2019 edition of October has been a mixture of dreary and cheery: wet, grey, and chilly, with highlights of bright sunshine and changing hues. So any extended period of dry weather -- or even just a hours between showers -- lifted my spirits and drew me outdoors, camera in hand. Here are some moments of light and colour from walks along the seawall and the trails of Stanley Park, the sidewalks of my neighbourhood, and the paths on Little Mountain in Chilliwack.
